Wir gestalten gemeinsam das zukünftige, digitale und datenbasierte HR der Migros. Für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unseres gruppenweiten Talent Managements suchen wir Verstärkung.

Was Sie bewegen
  • Einführung von SucessFactor Modulen in den Unternehmungen und Sicherstellung technischer Betriebsbereitschaft und Unterstützung neuer Kunden und Kundinnen bis zum Go-live
  • Planung und Koordination von Releases, Testings, Einführung neuer Features und Änderungen zur Unterstützung optimierter HR Prozesse
  • Lösung von Key User Problemen und Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen
  • Regelmässiger Austausch mit Key-Usern, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen inklusive Materialien, Pflege der Wissensdatenbank, und Kommunikation über bevorstehende Änderungen
Was Sie mitbringen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Management von HR IT Projekten
  • Affinität zu cloudbasierten HR IT Applikationen wie Successfactors Performance & Goals und Succession & Development und Talent Management Themen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Sozial- und Problemlösungskompetenz
