Das bewegen Sie als SuccessFactors Learning Consultant.
- Sie begleiten unsere Kund/innen bei der Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors Learning Systemen.
- Sie beraten bei Themen wie Aus
- und Weiterbildung, nachhaltiger Mitarbeiterentwicklung und HR-Prozessen.
- Je nach Erfahrungshintergrund übernehmen Sie Projektleitungsaufgaben oder Teilprojektleitungen.
- Sie bringen Ihre IT-Projekterfahrung aus dem Learning Bereich bei uns ein ein.
- Sie verbreitern Ihre Beratungsexpertise laufend (beispielsweise in weiteren SuccessFactors Modulen, in SAP Enable Now oder bezüglich Schuladministrationslösungen oder SAP HCM Themen).

**Anforderungen**:

- Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit.
- Eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung mit HR- oder IT Bezug o.ä.
- Projekterfahrungen mit SuccessFactors Learning oder anderen Learning Management Systemen (LMS)
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Kund/innen
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Deutschschweiz
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
