Als leidenschaftliche*r SAP-Berater*in, verfügen Sie über profunde Kenntnisse im SAP SuccessFactors Bereich und können auf fachliches Know-how, sowie Ihre bisherigen Erfahrungen zurückgreifen. Sie haben hier die Möglichkeit, spannende SAP S/4HANA Projekte umzusetzen und somit die Zukunft Ihrer Kunden mitzugestalten.

Zur Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir eine*n Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (w/m/d) Raum Zürich.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie betreuen und beraten Kunden im SAP SuccessFactors Umfeld umfassend
  • Beratung, Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors Lösungen
  • Leiten von (Teil-)Projekten
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings bei Kunden
  • Ausarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Angeboten gemeinsam mit dem Sales – Team
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium oder eine kaufmännische Basisausbildung mit Weiterbildungen im Bereich HR, Payroll oder Sozialversicherungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer (Inhouse-) Beratungsfunktion im Bereich SAP HCM
  • Methodische Kompetenzen im Projektmanagement, in der Business Analyse und im Prozessmanagement
  • Kommunikative, selbstständige, teamorientierte, anpackende Persönlichkeit
  • Konzeptionelles, lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1) und Englischkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)
