Operational Support Scientist (Die Stelle ist vorerst auf drei Jahre befristet)

Sie suchen eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung im Bereich der Sterilfiltration und Sterilabfüllung und mögen selbständiges, genaues und vernetztes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team? Wir haben dazu die ideale Stelle:

Sie arbeiten im Bereich Value Streams Filling und Lyophilisation in der Produktion und sind in ein Team von anderen Operational Support Scientists und Service Specialists integriert. Sie erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet und ein gut funktionierendes, sympathisches Team. Zudem bietet der Bereich auch immer wieder Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

  • Implementierung der neuen Annex 1 Anforderungen in der Routine und Support bei der Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung unserer externen Partner (CMO) als Fachexperte für die aseptische Abfüllung und visuelle Kontrolle
  • Erstellen von Änderungsanträgen, Koordinieren der nötigen Aktionen, sowie Überwachen des Fortschritts
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten, die den Fachbereich betreffen
  • Untersuchen von Abweichungen
  • Erstellung oder Aktualisierung der SOPs, Verfahren und Arbeitsvorschriften, sowie Überwachung des Schulungsstatus der Mitarbeitenden
  • Zusammenstellung und Auswertung von elektronischen Daten
  • Vorstellen von Themen bei Behördeninspektionen
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des Value Streams

Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches (z.B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie) Studium (Uni oder FH) oder langjährige Erfahrung im Fachbereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie und im GMP-Umfeld
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe in der Bearbeitung von neuen Themen
  • Fähigkeit mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anzugehen und in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit, die es versteht mit Unsicherheiten umzugehen, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Vorschläge einbringt
  • Teamfähige Person, die klar und offenen kommuniziert und ihre Stakeholder aktiv einbindet
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
