Senior Scientist, QC Excellence Instrumentation

As a Senior Scientist specializing in QC Excellence Instrumentation, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining laboratory instrumentation and automation systems in our QC testing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment is properly qualified and maintained according to company protocols and GxP standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting laboratory instrumentation and automation infrastructure in an operational testing setting
  • Ensuring qualification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
  • Creating documentation for qualification, validation, and lifecycle management of laboratory systems
  • Managing qualification and validation projects locally and globally
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for technical specifications and data integrity
  • Updating procedures related to laboratory instrumentation and computerized systems
  • Providing user support for operational QC labs on instrumentation

The following competencies will contribute to your success:

  • University degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in a pharmaceutical testing environment
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of regulations on computerized systems and laboratory automation
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
