Senior Manager, Head of QC Sample Management (100%) (m/f/d)

Ihre Skills und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Das QC Sample Management (QCSM) Team spielt eine wesentliche Rolle als Verbindung zwischen Logistik, Produktion und internen sowie externen QC-Laboren.

Als Leiter*in des Teams mit etwa 40 technischen und wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter*innen liegt Ihre Hauptaufgabe in der operativen Leitung des Departments.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Sicherstellung einer cGMP-konformen Probenlogistik für Inprozess- und Endprodukt-Kontrollen
  • Verwaltung von Referenz- und Rückstellmustern sowie Muster der Stabilitätsstudien
  • Termingerechte Freigabe-Testung von Endprodukten gemäß cGMP-Richtlinien
  • Bemusterung der Rohstoffe
  • Probenahme im Umweltmonitoring von Reinräumen und im Medienmonitoring
  • Life-cycle-Management des Geräteparks
  • Effiziente Ressourcenplanung
  • Überwachung der Leistungsindikatoren
  • Kenntnisse im regulatorischen Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei standortübergreifenden Projekten und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Förderung eines positiven Teamgeists durch offene Kommunikation

Als Teil des QC-Führungsteams setzen Sie sich für Vereinfachung, Standardisierung und Effizienzsteigerung ein, unterstützen die Priorisierung von Projekten und die globale Vertretung der Abteilung.

Sie verfügen über:

  • Mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Chemie, Mikrobiologie oder Biochemie
  • Mehr als 7 Jahre Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen cGMP-Bereich oder ähnlichem Umfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Ergebnisorientierung mit Fokus auf Qualität und Detailgenauigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Operational Excellence von Vorteil
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
