Sie sind Teil des Teams für Value Streams Filling und Lyophilisation in der Produktion, zusammen mit anderen Operational Support Scientists und Service Specialists. Sie erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Tätigkeitsfeld sowie eine gut funktionierende, freundliche Teamatmosphäre. Darüber hinaus bietet dieser Bereich regelmäßig Chancen zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Umsetzung der neuen Annex 1 Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei deren Implementierung
  • Begleitung und Expertenunterstützung externer Partner (CMO) in Fragen zur aseptischen Abfüllung und visuellen Prüfung
  • Verfassen von Änderungsanträgen, Koordination entsprechender Maßnahmen und Überwachung des Fortschritts
  • Leitung von Projekten im Fachbereich und aktive Mitarbeit
  • Untersuchung von Abweichungen
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SOPs, Verfahrensanweisungen und Arbeitsrichtlinien sowie Überwachung der Schulungsaktivitäten der Mitarbeiter
  • Zusammenstellung und Analyse von elektronischen Daten
  • Präsentation von Themen bei Inspektionen durch Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des Value Streams

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie) an Universität oder Fachhochschule oder umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbranche im GMP-Umfeld
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Themen
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen und auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Proaktives Handeln, Umgang mit Unsicherheiten, Hinterfragen von Prozessen und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
  • Teamfähigkeit, klare und offene Kommunikation sowie aktive Einbindung der Stakeholder
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
