Job Opening: Operational Support Scientist
This position, initially limited to three years, is for the Filling Line / Lyophilisation area within the Production Department.

  • You will work in the Value Streams Filling and Lyophilisation, surrounded by Operational Support Scientists and Service Specialists. Expect a diverse range of tasks, a great team environment, and opportunities for personal development.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of new Annex 1 requirements in daily operations and support in their execution
  • Assisting external partners (CMO) as a specialist in aseptic filling and visual inspection
  • Preparing change requests, coordinating necessary actions, and monitoring progress
  • Leading and participating in department-related projects
  • Investigating deviations
  • Creating or updating SOPs, procedures, and work instructions, and monitoring employee training status
  • Compiling and analyzing electronic data
  • Presenting topics during regulatory inspections
  • Supporting operational tasks within the Value Streams
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in a natural science field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or extensive experience in the field
  • Initial experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in the GMP environment
  • Independent work style, quick understanding of new topics
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain composed in hectic situations
  • Proactive individual who can deal with uncertainties, question existing processes, and bring forward suggestions
  • Team player with clear communication skills, actively involving stakeholders
  • Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
