Join our team at a well-established independent bank that is expanding its Fixed Income Desk in the bond market. We are currently looking for a:
Fixed Income Salesperson
The ideal candidate will become part of our institutional Fixed Income team, helping to enhance and grow the desk's client base and product offerings specifically within the financial institutions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling and trading fixed income instruments
- Servicing institutional fixed income investors
- Generating trade ideas
- Supporting the desk in expanding the product and client base
Qualifications Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate, financial, and sovereign fixed income sales
- Solid understanding of credit markets
- Previous experience with brokerage companies is advantageous
- Established client relationships and strong networking abilities
- Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and international exposure (working in countries beyond Switzerland is a plus)
Soft Skills:
- Highly motivated
- Action-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Target-driven and sales-oriented
We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, manage a substantial volume of assets under management, and provide opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation (base salary plus commission).
