En charge de de plusieurs marques : Nars & Drunk Elephant pour le marché Suisse & Autriche avec les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Elaboration et supervision de la mise en place des plans marketing opérationnel nécessaire à l'atteinte des objectifs
  • Présentation à nos forces de ventes et à nos key accounts
  • Elaboration et suivi des budgets par marque
  • Elaboration et supervision des forecasts
  • Brand review annuelle
  • Implémentation des guidelines merchandising et adaptation de ces guidelines au marché local
  • Développement des actions trade marketing & animations avec les key accounts
  • Collaboration avec le département Digital, PR et Education

PROFIL

  • Formation Universitaire : HEC ou MBA marketing & communication ou luxe
  • Parfaite Maitrise de l' Allemand (niveau C1), Anglais et Français
  • Idéalement première expérience en marketing opérationnel
  • Passion pour le secteur de la mode et du luxe, de la beauté
  • Autonome, dynamique, créatif, proactif, avec force de proposition et esprit d'équipe
  • Ayant le sens de l'organisation, du suivi et des priorités et l'esprit d'équipe
