PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Mission – Actively participate to the development of the boutique in the airport environment, through the excellent management of the store & achievement of sales objectives, driving and supporting the Sales team as a coach as well as delivering exceptional service to the client.
Please note that we can only consider applicants who are either eligible to work in Switzerland or hold the relevant work permit.
Main Accountabilities
Team Management

- Manage the boutique to achieve sales & service KPIs
- Spend most of the time on the Shop floor with client advisors and clients
Master of the boutique
- Responsible for maintenance, follow ups on assortments, visual merchandising, respect of uniforms & grooming standards
- Store stocks follow up and ordering process
Market knowledge
- Profound knowledge of the PAX, Airport news, competition
- Performance explanation and weekly reporting
Technical skills
- Knowledge of store procedures/processes
- Expertise in a similar, managerial position in a high-end luxury retail sales environment
- Expertise in retail store operations
- Knowledge of digital processes (CRM purpose)
- Knowledge of Luxury business
- Extensive product knowledge of luxury brands jewelry, watches and accessories products
