Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant and Administrator Assistant to join our Finance team. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely completion of daily tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily communications and addressing inquiries.
- Ensuring accuracy of payments, amounts, and records.
- Recording and organizing cash transactions.
- Handling invoice processing, booking, and filing.
- Processing approved expense requests on the ERP system.
- Conducting bank reconciliations.
- Collaborating with external providers, clients, and suppliers.
- Performing administrative duties like managing payroll and processing invoice payments.
- Undertaking bookkeeping responsibilities.
Assisting the CEO and C-Level executives with administrative tasks (50%):
- Managing ongoing administrative activities.
- Assisting in travel coordination.
- Organizing company team activities.
- Maintaining and updating administrative documentation.

Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting & Administration.
- Demonstrated ability to take charge of all support functions in administration and finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a bonus.

- Residence in Neuchâtel Canton or nearby.
