THE POSITION:
These are your key tasks:
- Provide education and support services to football stakeholders (mainly clubs and member associations) in the use of FIFA's regulatory tools, in particular the Transfer Matching System (TMS) and the Clearing House
- Channel the education and support services through an online Helpdesk, the development of online help centres, elearning tools and materials, newsletters and other communication tools
- Collaborate with colleagues from the Player Registration & Transfer Data Department and the whole Football Regulatory Subdivision to solve legal and technical queries
- Create surveys and satisfaction tools to collect feedback from external users and propose improvement of their experience and the systems as a whole
- Develop presentations, training material and online education (e.g. help centre and elearning)
- Organise and moderate conferences, workshops, peertopeer events and webinars
- Develop, improve and maintain methodologies and processes
- Train users and stakeholders, adapting to their different countries, cultures and needs
- Provide support to the Team Lead Education, Support and Communication and the Head of the Player Registration & Transfer Data Department, as requested

- University degree in business management, social sciences, communications or equivalent.
- Project management certifications an asset.

- Ability to work under pressure: commitment to deliver highquality outputs in a timely manner.
- From 3 to 5 years' experience in customer service, training or relevant field.
- Basic understanding of football law, the international transfer system, its regulatory framework and the TMS platform is an asset.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in at least one other FIFA language (French or Spanish).
- Proficient use of MS Office Applications.
- Working knowledge of Freshdesk or other ticketing tools.
- Readiness for standby duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and a serviceoriented mindset.
