**Votre mission**: Au sein du service Communication, vous êtes un-e des porte-paroles de la RTS. Dans cette fonction, vous soutenez la communication d'entreprise et veillez à une bonne compréhension par le public de la mission de la RTS, et au rayonnement de l'identité de la RTS et de ses prestations de service public, principalement à travers les médias et sur les présences sociales de l'institution.
- Vous maintenez et développez des relations étroites avec les médias, traitez les demandes qui sont adressées à la RTS, en développant et portant les prises de positions. Vous coordonnez les conférences de presse et l'ensemble des messages adressés proactivement aux médias.
- Vous assurez une veille de la réputation de l'entreprise, observez l'actualité médiatique et en partagez votre analyse au sein de l'entreprise, suivez l'actualité politique, et recommandez des mesures de communication pertinentes.
- Vous participez à la veille digitale et collaborez étroitement avec la personne responsable des réseaux sociaux institutionnels pour assurer ensemble une cohérence de communication.
- Vous anticipez la communication sensible et participez activement à sa bonne gestion, en prenant soin de la cohérence de toutes les prises de paroles engageant la direction de l'entreprise.
- Vous participez à l'élaboration du plan d'actions de communication annuel, et vous vous chargez de la mise en œuvre de certains projets avec les autres services concernés.**Votre profil**:
- Formation universitaire (master) ;
- Expérience professionnelle avérée dans la communication, les relations presse et la gestion des réseaux sociaux ;
- Excellente connaissance de la veille digitale ;
- Bonnes connaissances des médias et de la production audiovisuelle ;
- Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe transversale ;
- Bonnes connaissances de la RTS et du groupe SSR ;
- Vision globale de la communication d'entreprise et ses enjeux ;
- Disponibilité et souplesse, ouvert-e aux horaires irréguliers ;
- Bonnes connaissances orales et écrites d'allemand et d'anglais (B2).
