- Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von kreativitäts
- und innovationsfördernden Aktivitäten für Studierende in Bezug auf soziale Innovationen.
- Koordinationsleitung des Pilotprojektes «Ideenlabor», ein kreativitätsfördernder Raum für Workshops, Ausstellungen und Lehrveranstaltungen.
- Sensibilisierung, Beratung und Unterstützung von Forschenden in sozialen Innovationsprojekten und transdisziplinären, umsetzungsorientierten Forschungsprojekten.
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks zwischen Forschern und gesellschaftlichen Akteuren (z.B. NGOs, soziale Unternehmen, öffentliche Einrichtungen), um den Austausch von Wissen und die Entwicklung gemeinsamer Projekte zu fördern.
Ihr Profil
- Akademischer Abschluss auf Master
- oder Doktorats-Ebene, vorzugsweise im sozial-, geistes
- oder humanwissenschaftlichen Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unterstützung oder im Aufbau von gesellschaftlichen Innovationsprojekten (z.B. in den Bereichen Bildung, Sozial
- und Gemeinwesen, Nachhaltigkeit, u.a.).
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Workshops zu Innovations
- und Kreativitätsthemen.
- Nachweisbare Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Pflege von Netzwerken mit einer Vielzahl von gesellschaftlichen Akteuren, einschließlich NGOs, sozialen Unternehmen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen.
- Unternehmerische, kreative, neugierige und resiliente Persönlichkeit.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
