Do you have experience in hospitality and an interest in leadership? Then you could be the Café Manager back up we're looking for, who is motivated and excited to join our inviting café concept with organic Scandinavian food and quality coffee at its core.


Key responsibilities:

  • Together with the Café Manager you create an inspiring and attractive café environment with a unique local feeling for the guests.
  • You support the Café Manager to organize and plan the café according to the café concept.
  • You support your team to increase sales.
  • You always lead by example.

Qualifications What you need to succeed**:

  • You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
  • You enjoy working with a diverse team.
  • You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team's work.
  • You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
  • You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.

Additional Information
This is a
full-time position offering 38,5 hours a week, starting in
May 2024.
