Plant Strategic Sourcing Lead OSP 100% / M/F/d
Job-Summary:
Der Plant Strategic Sourcing Leader ist verantwortlich für die Vermarktung lokaler Vereinbarungen, treibt die Gesamtkostenreduzierung und die Wertschöpfung in der Lieferkette voran. Er stellt exzellenten Kundenservice in Bezug auf Qualität und Lieferung sicher, reduziert Lagerbestände und verbessert die Lieferantenleistung, im Einklang mit den globalen und EMEA-Strategien der Commodity Leader.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und -praktiken.
- Verwaltung der Geschäftsbeziehungen mit standortspezifischen Lieferanten und intercompany Transaktionen.
- Teilnahme an globalen Beschaffungsprojekten und Initiativen in Absprache mit Standortleitern und EMEA- v Strategieleitern.
- Überprüfung von Anforderungen, Spezifikationen, Mengen, Lieferbedingungen und Zahlungsbedingungen.
- Verhandlung von Preisen und Durchführung von Wettbewerbsausschreibungen, wenn erforderlich.
- Vertragsverhandlungen, Langzeitvereinbarungen und Rahmenverträge.
- Interaktion mit Rechtsabteilung, Regulierungsbehörden und Lieferantenqualitätssicherung.
- Teilnahme an Projekten zur Produktentwicklung und jährlichen Budgetprozessen.
- Eskalationsinstanz für Standorteinkäufer/Planer.
- Untersuchung der finanziellen Lage, technischen Kompetenz und Produktionsverfahren der Lieferanten.
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Beschaffungssystemen zur Sicherung der Datenintegrität.
- Realisierung von Kosteneinsparungen und Verbesserungen in der Lieferkette.

Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem technischen, kaufmännischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich.
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Beschaffung oder Supply Chain Management.
- Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Medizinprodukten von Vorteil.
- ERP-Systemkenntnisse (SAP R/3, MM) von Vorteil.
- Verhandlungs
- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)
- Kenntnisse von Planungs
- und Beschaffungssystemen sowie Herstellungsprozessen.
- Selbststarter, effektiver Teamplayer mit analytischen Fähigkeiten.
- Reisebereitschaft von 15% weltweit.
