For the EMEA production plant, based in Winterthur (Switzerland), we are looking for a:

Quality Production Manager 100% M/F/d

Job summary:

Your main responsibilities:

  • Personnel management and leadership of Production Quality Department
  • Budget oversight
  • Ensures alignment of goals with strategic plan
  • Drives and supports Quality Initiatives and ensures alignment to achieve department goals
  • Ensures that owned processes comply to internal and external requirements
  • Ensures effective and compliant processes and performance regarding:
  • Incoming Inspection
  • Final Inspection
  • Quality Release to Market

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering or scientific related discipline
  • Further educations in the field of Quality Assurance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Medical Device or other regulated Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years proven track record in supervisory experience
  • Good background business economics and project management
  • Knowledge of applicable Regulations and Standards, in particular ISO 13485, ISO 14971, the Medical
Device Directive 93/42/EEC and Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745), US Quality System Regulations (QSR)

  • Good German skills (written/oral)
  • Good English skills (written/oral)

  • Strong organizational, analytical and timemanagement skills

Travel Requirements:

This dynamic Job position has a willingness to travel from 0-10%.
