Program Manager DRIVE and Business Transformation

To expand our Global IT Team in one of our European locations in Germany, France, Poland, Spain or in our headquarters in Winterthur, we are looking for highly self-motivated and passionate colleague.
Program Manager DRIVE and Business TransformationSwitzerland - Winterthur - 100%Your responsibilities
- Distributing workload in the respective stakeholder group
- Coordinate relationship between stakeholder groups
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business contacts
- Understanding current business processes and the future plans
- Identifying of cross-functional / integrative topics as early as possible
- Analyzing issues and finding solutions to complex business scenarios
- Determining the team members necessary for the project life cycle
- Ensuring integration within the solution among the wider IT team in alignment with the overall release management.
- Managing relationships and ensuring quality standards
- Governing projects to maintain and secure the global DRIVE solution
- University degree in a natural science, IT or technical subject
- Background as integration manager, program manager, business analyst and data migration
- Minimum of 4 project lifecycles from discovery to post go live support
- Understanding and exposure to Agile methodologies including Kanban and Lean
- Experience re-engineering Supply Chain processes
- Excellent consulting, client facing and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Self-disciplined, motivated and organized
- Very good verbal and written communication and expression skills in English
