**À propos du poste**:
**Vous êtes le point d'entrée des laboratoires QC, votre rôle principal est de mettre à disposition des laboratoires tous les échantillons, les stabilités et articles nécessaires aux analyses selon les normes et procédures applicables et en respectant les GMP.**:
**Travaillant en horaire variable (de journée), de week-end (1 week-end sur 4 à 6) et période d'astreinte, vous participez à la gestion des échantillons pour analyse des différentes unités Takeda dans le respect des plus hauts standards de qualité.**:
**Reportant directement au QC Planning, Scheduling, Supplying Superviseur, ce rôle consiste à garantir que les laboratoires QC respectent les délais de tous les tests et produits (y compris les tests externalisés). De plus vous assistez les superviseurs QC dans les activités quotidiennes.**:
***Comment vous** **contribuerez**:

- Contrôler, aliquoter, identifier, enregistrer, distribuer, stocker ou détruire les échantillons, en conformité avec les procédures opérationnelles en vigueur et dans le respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication.
- Respecter les bonnes pratiques de réception, traitement et distribution définies dans les procédures/protocoles.
- Enregistrer, documenter et communiquer aux départements concernés toute déviation observée lors de la réception des échantillons.
- Réceptionner et compléter les attributs propres à chaque échantillon dans le système adéquat (si applicable) selon les délais définis.
- Réceptionner et enregistrer les échantillons backup dans le système adéquat.
- Enregistrer les transferts d'échantillons backup dans les équipements répertoriés adéquats.
- Réaliser les sorties de backup suivant les demandes faites par les laboratoires via le système adéquats.
- Réaliser les destructions d'échantillons Backup via le système adéquat.
- Envoyer les échantillons aux sites externes ou aux autorités réglementaires selon les plannings définis et procédures en vigueur.
- Préparer les cryotubes pour échantillonnage pour les zone de production lorsqu'applicable.
- Participer à l'exécution de protocoles de validation et aux études de stabilité pour lesquels vous êtes responsables des échantillons de leur réception à leur mise à disposition pour analyse, ou à leur mise en stabilité ainsi que destruction lorsqu'applicable.
- Participer à la gestion du stock des consommables et réactifs utilisés aux laboratoires en assurant les commandes et le réapprovisionnement des articles dans les délais définis.
- Assurer l'entretien régulier, l'étalonnage des équipements utilisés, contrôler les alarmes température selon les procédures en vigueur ainsi que la complétion correcte des log-book et leur revue.
- Supporter les équipes QC dans les tâches non liées au testing (préparation de solutions pour analyses, transfert de freezer, activité d'autoclavage)
- Mener des investigations de laboratoire adéquates lorsque des écarts surviennent, des Gemba-Walk selon besoin.
- Vous jouez également le rôle de _Deviation Owner_

**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:

- Titulaire d'un CFC ou d'un DUT/BTS dans le domaine de la biologie, biochimie ou dans un domaine proche ou expérience équivalente dans industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
- Bonnes connaissance des cGMP
- Une expérience professionnelle de au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'industrie pharmaceutique ou de la biotechnologie.
- Bonnes connaissances dans les méthodes Analytiques et Microbiologiques
- Compétences organisationnelles - abilité à manager plusieurs priorités et maitrise des flux d'escalation
- Bonnes connaissances de l'aspect Data Integrity
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques usuels et spécifiques (pack office, LIMS)
- Fluent enFrançais et bonne niveau en Anglais (B2 écrit et oral).
- Être en adéquation avec les valeurs de l'entreprise (Honnêteté, intègrité, équité et percévérence)
- Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique, organisé, avoir un esprit d'équipe et un comportement exemplaire
- Doté/é d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et d'un esprit critique, vous aidez à l'amélioration des processus
