**A propos du rôle**:
Le QC analyst Microbiology devra:

- Effectuer les prélèvements environnementaux dans les zones de production, classifiées C et D.
- Effectuer la lecture des prélèvements environnementaux.
- Réaliser les prélèvements des utilities : différents types d’eau, gaz et vapeur pure.
- Réaliser let différentes analyses sur les prélèvements des utilities.

**Comment vous contribuerez**:

- Réaliser des tests microbiologiques libératoires (dosages endotoxines bactériennes et test de biocharge) sur les eaux de productions.
- Réaliser de prélèvements environnementaux des zones de production (prélèvements de particules viables, de particules non-viables, de surfaces, des eaux et des utilities).
- Initier des déviations et donner un support aux Experts de l’Assurance Stérilité pour le traitement des déviations.
- Participer à l’implémentation des actions correctives et préventives au laboratoire DC.
- Contribuer à la bonne gestion des stocks de consommables.

**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:

- CFC de laborantin/e en Microbiologie, ou diplôme jugé équivalent.
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un laboratoire QC de microbiologie dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou un autre domaine d’activités jugé équivalent.
- Critical / Key skills:

- Bonnes connaissances pratiques et théoriques des tests et des analyses de microbiologie conduites dans un laboratoire QC.
- Bonnes connaissances des règles de Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP) et de gestion des données informatiques (Data integrity).
- Bonnes connaissances des exigences liées à la production et au travail en zone à environnement contrôlé.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, avec de l’expérience dans l’utilisation des systèmes de gestion informatique des données (LIMS + MODA).
- Language & IT Skills:

- Niveau de l’anglais requis : minimum A2 (bonne compréhension de documents en anglais).
