**Ta mission**

Afin d'assurer des cours de soutien de qualité, nous recherchons un.e responsable communication pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Tes responsabilités principales seront:
1. Gestion des réseaux sociaux:

- Planifier et publier les posts sur les différentes plateformes
- Répondre aux demandes et commentaires
- Participer au développement des réseaux sociaux d'Alim Institute (nombre d'abonnés, taux d'engagement)

2. Création de contenu en collaboration avec le vidéaste:

- Innover en matière de contenu
- Être un des visages d'Alim sur les réseaux sociaux
- Proposer et implémenter des nouvelles idées
- Assurer une bonne cadence dans la création de contenu
- Créer des visuels sur la base d'une charte graphique définie, prise de photos et interviews
- Monter les vidéos

3. Analyse de la communauté:

- Savoir anticiper les nouvelles tendances
- Veiller aux dernières innovations dans l'éducation et les cours de soutien
- Connaitre le fonctionnement des plateformes
- Analyser la performance des posts et adapter la stratégie en fonction
