You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support revenue growth and market share targets globally, emphasizing a strategic and collaborative approach.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global marketing strategy and execution, and to identify regional market trends and opportunities that can inform global marketing strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner of the global commercial team to establish priorities within the global work plan for payor and physician education and the identification of coverage expansion opportunities through frequent communication and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinate the early steps required to influence regulatory policy with the technocommercial strategy of the company.
  • Ensure the IP portfolio is aligned with the commercial plans for the business.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, medical affairs, market access, and R&D, to ensure successful product launches, lead generation, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
  • Drive development of marketing collateral, including messaging, positioning, and branding.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure achievement of marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of global marketing programs and use this data to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • To be a significant contribution to the leadership team for Telix.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry required, with radiopharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Experience in product launch, lead generation, and brand positioning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
