Notre force est de disposer d'un atelier en France et d'usines à l'étranger.
Notre développement en Suisse nous amène à renforcer notre équipe commerciale.Nous recherchons donc un(e) Key Account Manager Junior H/F, rattaché à la direction commerciale. Ce poste requiert une localisation proche du secteur de Neuchâtel/Bienne (La Neuveville (BE)).
**Missions**:
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires
- Respecter les objectifs de marge définis par ligne de produit
- Fidéliser le portefeuille clients et développer le taux de pénétration
**Vos principaux challenges**:
- Mener des projets de A à Z, du design à la mise sur les marchés
- Piloter et coordonner les projets avec les services internes de l'entreprise : design, prototypage, production, logistique d'approvisionnement
- Préparation du dossier de réponse aux appels d'offres : Chiffrage des offres, Elaboration du dossier technique et qualité, Négociation des coûts d'achats et de transport
- Déplacement sur les sites de production pour suivre les dossiers
**Expérience**:
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation commerciale et/ou technique
- Vous avez idéalement de bonnes connaissances techniques dans l'industrie du packaging
**Compétences professionnelles**:
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le développement commercial avec des résultats probants
- Vous avez une sensibilité artisanale et une attirance pour la mise au point, le développement et la production
- Maitrise d'Excel & PowerPoint indispensable
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais ; l'allemand serait un atout
