**Dein Profil**
Das IT-Operations-Team von McDonald's Schweiz ist für die Implementierung und den Betrieb der Restaurant
- und Unternehmenstechnologien innerhalb der Schweiz verantwortlich. Das Team liefert den Support für viele verschiedene Technologien im Bestand, unter anderem für digitale Erlebnisse, Point-of-Sale-Geräte und -Software sowie für hochverfügbare Servermodelle. Wir suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die sich für Betriebstechnologien interessiert und mit internen IT-Stakeholdern, anderen Abteilungsleitenden sowie mit unserer breiteren Restaurant
- und Betreiber-Community gut zusammenarbeiten kann. Qualifikationen: Erfahrung und Wissen - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in einer (oder mehreren) IT-Umgebung(en) eines Unternehmens - Fähigkeit, Schlüssel-IT-Dienste zu leiten, und nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Erfüllung derart wichtiger Aufgaben - Gute Analyse-Kompetenzen, einschliesslich der Fähigkeit, sich einen Überblick über das große Ganze zu verschaffen und ggf. wichtige Basis-Details zu erfassen - Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit gegenüber externen Interessengruppen - Flexibilität bei der Arbeit in einem sich rasch verändernden Umfeld - Kenntnisse der DevOps-Standards mit Schwerpunkt auf der operativen Ausführung - Erfahrung mit Betriebstechnologien (Observability, ITAM, IAC) - Ausgeprägte Planungs
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten zur Verwaltung komplexer Mengen interagierender Technologien - Fähigkeit, komplizierte technische Störungen zu diagnostizieren und zuzuordnen - Führungskompetenzen - Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich), Französisch oder Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich), optional Italienisch (schriftlich und mündlich) Technische Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten: - Kenntnis der Branchenstandards für den IT-Betrieb von Unternehmen - IT-Infrastruktur-Technologien - Windows-Server - Observability-Systeme - DevOps-Systeme - Edge Computing - Betriebssysteme: - Windows Server 2012 und höher - Windows 10 LTSB - RHEL (wahlweise) - Leistungsüberwachung - Sicherheitssysteme - Fakultativ - Containerisierungstechnologien
**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT-Entwicklungs
- und Standardisierungsteams bei der Verwaltung und Erarbeitung von Zeitplänen für die Einführung neuer Technologien - Schaffung und Aufrechterhaltung operativer Standards für interne und externe Prozesse - Entwicklung operativer Spitzenleistungen innerhalb des Teams bzw. mithilfe eines erfolgreichen Managements externer Stakeholder - Überwachung der operativen Ausführung (Zuverlässigkeit, Leistung) von Technologien und Gewährleistung einer angemessenen Response - Beaufsichtigung des operativen Reportings gegenüber den wichtigsten Verkäufern - Übersetzung der wichtigsten IT-Nachrichten für breitere Stakeholder-Gruppen - Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der wichtigsten globalen und rechtlichen Standards - Reagieren auf und Absichern von vorhandenen Prozessen für das Management und die Bewältigung von Szenarien mit kritischen Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft - Unterstützung und Förderung unserer externen Partner, um unseren Restaurants klare und leistungsfähige Services anbieten zu können - Durchführung von Risikomanagement-Übungen und Entwicklung geeigneter Verfahren und Reaktionen - Technische Untersuchung der Grundursachen und Erarbeitung strategischer nächster Schritte - Einsatz im Restaurantbetrieb bei grösseren Zwischenfällen oder Krisen
