👨‍💻 ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE POSITION

  • Provide Helpdesk L1/L2 support: Assist team members with software, hardware, and equipment needs.
  • Resolve IT Incidents: Manage and close IT incidents swiftly to minimize disruptions.
  • Install IT Equipment: Meticulously set up laptops, smartphones, printers, and office equipment for smooth operations.
  • Update Procedures: Ensure clarity in Information Systems procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate company inventory for efficient asset management.
  • Resolve Peripheral Issues: Troubleshoot and fix projector, printer, and other peripheral issues.
  • Participate Actively in Team: Engage in team meetings and contribute to projects with ideas.
  • Assist in Induction: Support new arrivals and assist in setting up workstations.
  • Assist in Infrastructure projects as needed.

👩‍💼 ABOUT YOU

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's degree in IT
  • Seeking a 6-month internship in a multinational company
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/Windows applications, Microsoft Teams, IOS, Video conferencing, SharePoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and always eager to assist colleagues
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
