L'expert en processus de fabrication sera responsable du soutien technique et scientifique à l'atelier de fabrication (MFG) et gérera la réalisation dans les délais des activités MFG (conformité, TT, préparation de campagne, dépannage...).
Le coaching des MA concernant le domaine d'expertise principal et les processus secondaires est un domaine d'intérêt.
L'expert en processus II sera chargé de superviser et de gérer des projets intra, intersites et interfonctionnels liés à l'amélioration des processus et de la productivité. La principale responsabilité concerne la gestion des opérations basées sur les recettes, l'équipement des processus, la gestion des déviations, le changement, le transfert de technologie, la formation et la formation continue.

**Formation mínimale requise**:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent au minimum. Baccalauréat ou diplôme supérieur de préférence.
**Expérience mínimale requise**:
- 8 ans d'expérience directe dans un environnement GMP.
- Très soucieux du détail et excellentes compétences en matière de documentation.
- Compétences en matière de coaching et de formation pour les activités liées à la fabrication.
- Fonction d'adjoint au responsable MTO
- Connaissance approfondie des processus commerciaux et de fabrication pour soutenir les opérations de fabrication.
- Très bonne connaissance des systèmes de fabrication (DeltaV, Syncade, SIMCA, PI, Oracle, TrackWise, etc.).
- Très bonne compréhension des principes de base de l'assurance qualité et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (cGMP)
- Bonne compréhension de Delta V ou Syncade ou de systèmes automatisés similaires.
- Compréhension de l'ensemble du processus biotechnologique.
- Langues : Anglais B1, allemand et/ou français sont des atouts.
