Purpose


To work as a member of the institutional and intermediary distribution teams to achieve the firm's business goals by generating new funds flow from both new and existing clients.


Main Duties & Responsibilities- Organise and co-ordinate the daily functions of the two teams- Respond to client questions and provide them with relevant material when requested.

Ensure clear concise messages are conveyed- Responsible for organising all department Marketing Events (i.e. Fund Manager conferences, seminars, and other client related events)- To undertake special projects as required- Responsible for Marketing Material maintenance- Create, update and send out client proposals- Prepare Power Point presentations for existing and/or potential clients- Maintenance of client relationship system (MS Dynamics & Siebel)- Responsible for the procedures of opening new accounts- Ensure client records and databases are up to date and accurate- Ensure legal implementation of all legal & compliance requirements for existing customers- Servicing of administrative tasks related to client mandates (seg mandates)- Replacement for other team members on the Support desk when necessary


Qualifications & Experience- Third level qualification and preferably with a professional qualification within a finance related field- Excellent English & German knowledge (spoken and written), French would be a great asset, and any other European language as well.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
