- We're looking for a client account manager to:
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring of client activities
- support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, etc.
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
Your team
- You'll be working in the Global Wealth Management Netherlands team in Zurich. The personalities in our team form a great combination of Dutch directness and Swiss preciseness delivering the best of UBS to our Global Wealth Management clients. As client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
- UBS Global Wealth Management offers comprehensive and highly personalized financial services for individuals, families and family offices around the globe, satisfying their sophisticated needs. We work closely with our dedicated internal partners within Global Wealth Management and occasionally the investment bank and asset management to ensure the best service for our clients

Your expertise
- financial services experience, ideally within a wealth management / private banking client facing team
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products, a good command of UBS internal front-system would be an asset
- excellent English (oral and written), Dutch would be an asset
