  • We're looking for someone just like that who will:
  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- ensure superior client experience and be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative tasks
- perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
- research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Ethics of UBS and other policies such as crossborder regulations
  • Identify patterns in client behavior and support the client advisor in expanding depth and breadth of the relationship (crossselling opportunities); think strategically, propose options and support the development of the client book

Your team

  • You'll be working in the GFIW MEA team in Zurich. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted Client Account Manager (CAM) for the wealthiest families. You'll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

  • Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • Solid comprehension of basics financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage and custody. Mastering needs based offering and related products & services relevant for daily execution
  • Able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
  • Interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutionallike clients
  • Sound judgment and problemsolving skills with a proactive and efficient style that delivers timely results
  • Confident, independent, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent skills in English and German (oral and written)
  • Timely and good execution of tasks assigned by client advisor
