Position Summary

As a
Corporate Communications & Sustainability Assistant, you will inform, engage, and motivate employees at the Purina House as well as provide high quality & proactive support to the Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability and her team.

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Communications & Sustainability Assistant
60% Purina Europe Employee Engagement Coordination support:
- Coordinate the planning for the Nestlé Purina Management Conference & the Annual Pawsmas event
- Lead the local implementation of Nestlé Purina Pets at Work for Nestlé offices in Switzerland
- Support business updates: webcasts and announcements (34 a year)
- Support Internal communication campaigns & events management
- Coordinate the Nestlé Purina Priorities booklet
- Lead the employee photography shoots (incl. Leadership team members & CEO)
- Point of contact for any communication asset requests from markets and functions
- Manage Internal Digital platforms (The Nest, Workplace, Poppulo)
40% Personal & Team Assistant support:
- Manage yearly calendar plan
- Organise meetings and proactively manage Outlook agenda; plan travel & process expenses
- Keep relevant distribution lists up to date, update org chart and other team documents
- Support in the organisation of internal / external Corporate Communications and Sustainability events
- Manage budget tracking and support on the PR/PO for the team (based in Switzerland, Barcelona and Brussels)
- Manage team's digital agreements & SharePoint groups
What will make you successful
- At least 5 years of confirmed professional experience in a similar position within Nestlé or similar experience in a comparable role; general interest in communications & digital topics
- Proactive, selfstarter with forward thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proven organization & prioritization skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Serviceoriented and openminded with a strong drive
- ISIT savvy: very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Intranet, SharePoint, Workplace and Concur
- Fluency in English, French would be a plus
