Position summary

As a
Marketing Assistant, you will oversee the management of NHS sampling and communication materials stocks, ensure continuous availability, coordinate deliveries to warehouses, provide operational support for national congresses, and assist with website maintenance.

A day in the life of a Marketing Assistant

  • Manage NHS sampling and communication materials stocks, ensuring availability and proactively informing the marketing team on stock level
  • Serve as a super user of the ordering platform, addressing Sales Representatives' inquiries and needs, liaising with the platform provider upon needs
  • Provide operational support for national events and liaise with congress organizers
  • Coordinate booth setup for congresses and autonomously manage selected congresses
  • Maintain the NHS corporate website's content uptodate and manage product data information on various platforms
  • Support the Marketing Manager and the marketing team with administrative tasks and on various adhoc projects

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in an admin support function
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customeroriented approach
  • Good level of competency in Excel
  • Fluent in written & spoken German and good command of French or viceversa. Good knowledge of English preferable
