En tant qu'Engagement Manager, vos responsabilités principales seront de définir la stratégie digitale des projets de nos clients, de les accompagner dans leur transformation digitale ainsi que garantir le succès de la collaboration en assurant la qualité et le bon déroulement des projets tout en maintenant et développant des relations de confiance avec eux. Vous vous assurerez également de la montée en compétence de chacun des membres de votre équipe.

Vous reconnaissez-vous?
Vous avez un minimum de 6 ans d'expérience en business management ou en conseil dans une société réputée/reconnue.
Vous avez de solides connaissances en stratégie digitale, gestion de projets complexes avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master de l'une des grandes universités européennes (EPFL, ETH, HEC, ), ou de formation universitaire de haut niveau.
Vous savez communiquer avec différentes parties prenantes dans une organisation complexe avec des profils métiers et techniques.
Les méthodes de gestion de projet (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall ) n'ont plus de secret pour vous.
Vous avez une appétence pour l'innovation technologique et le digital.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral (niveau C1). L'allemand est un atout.
Vos qualités humaines
Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe et vous le favorisez.
Vous avez de la facilité d'adaptation à différentes cultures de travail.
Vous êtes en mesure d'harmoniser de manière optimale les besoins des clients et les exigences de l'entreprise.
Vous avez le sens du service client
