Cross recherche un
**Engagement Manager pour l'entité Data&Cloud **qui sera rattaché au Manager de l'entité Cloud&Data

**Responsabilités**
- Assurer le suivi des engagements contractuels des missions et projets de l'entité
- Mettre en place les standards et métriques pour la mesure du suivi des engagements en termes de livrables conformément aux dispositions contractuelles prises avec les clients.
- Responsable de l'élaboration des propositions commerciales.
- Participe activement à la promotion de l'offre Data et IA Cross au travers de publications sur les réseaux sociaux ou dans la presse, la participation à des groupes ou des salons, ou de tout autre moyen pertinent.
- Participe au développement commercial organique des comptes gérés

Organisation- Participer aux séances de qualification (séance Go/Nogo) impliquant l'entité. Dans ce cadre, définir les modalités (ressources) de l'engagement de l'entité après concertation et en accord avec le manager de celle-ci.
- Suivre l'engagement de l'entité dans ces processus de qualification et de réponses à appels d'offres et garantir la qualité et la complétude de cet engagement.
- Organiser les séances de management interne de l'entité contribuant au pilotage opérationnel des engagements et des ressources
- Effectuer les validations des projets de son entité lors des clôtures mensuelles
- Superviser le pilotage des projets et engagements forfaitaires de l'entité.
- Prendre une part active et facturable dans les projets importants sur demande de la direction de Cross et/ou du manager de l'entité
- Auditer et proposer des plans d'actions afin d'améliorer les bénéfices attendus

Commerce & Marketing- Déterminer et mobiliser, en coordination avec le manager de l'entité, et selon le plan d'affectation des ressources, les collaborateurs à solliciter pour prendre part aux actions commerciales et marketing
- Informer les acteurs commerciaux des évènements et faits important intervenants dans le cadre des prestations réalisés par les ressources de l'entité.
- Participer, sur demande et en appui des acteurs commerciaux, à des activités d'avant-vente auprès de nos clients et prospects.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction pour définir des stratégies de développement de la BU.
- Participer activement aux activités de prospection et à la construction d'un portefeuille clients.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins et anticiper les opportunités d'engagement

Ressources Humaines- Assurer le suivi, en complément éventuel des acteurs commerciaux, des collaborateurs en mission (BIM client)
- Communiquer les KPI de suivi des ressources au manager de l'entité.
- Valider les demandes de congés/absences des effectifs en cohérence avec le planning des affectations

**Autres**:Est le garant opérationnel de:
- la qualité des livrables (réponses à appel d'offres, missions, projets) de l'entité
- la capitalisation des savoir-faire au sein de l'Entité
- Assure la satisfaction client : prend connaissance des réclamations et les adresse**Exigences**

**Expériences**:

- Dispose d'une forte expérience dans la gestion et le pilotage de projet
- Dispose d'une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans un rôle similaire
- Management de ressources pluridisciplinaires

**Compétences**:

- Capacité à gérer la relation avec plusieurs partenaires externes
