Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Onboarding Spezialist (m/w/d), um mit uns die digitale Welt der Friseur- und Schönheitsbranche in Zürich zu gestalten

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Account Manager / Onboarder ist es deine Aufgabe, die von unserem Vertrieb generierten Neukunden zu betreuen und sie erfolgreich auf unserer Plattform und Software einzuführen. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, die Kundenbeziehung aufzubauen, Schulungen durchzuführen und die Möglichkeiten der Digitalisierung zu beraten:

  • Du integrierst und schulst unserer Kunden in die Nutzung des Tools. Das bedeutet 2-3-stündige Trainingseinheiten im Salon/Institut. Dafür ist ein Führerschein erforderlich
  • Du erteilst Ratschläge und deine umfassenden Produktkenntnisse ein, um sicherzustellen, dass sie das Beste aus ihrem Abonnement herausholen
  • Du bereitest die Konten neuer Salonkee-Kunden vor
  • Du planst und organisierst selbständig deinen Arbeitstag und deine Arbeitswoche

Du suchst eine spannende Herausforderung, bist zielstrebig, organisiert und hast einen entspannten und offenen Umgang mit Menschen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig



Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung als Account Manager oder ähnliche Position, idealerweise mit Kunden-Onboarding-Fokus ist ein nice-to-have aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Du bist offen, geduldig, kontaktfreudig und lernst gerne neue Leute kennen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Ambition und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Positives Mindset und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist organisiert und zuverlässig
  • Du hast einen Führerschein
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und dem Aufbau von Netzwerken
  • Eine Universitätsausbildung ist nicht erforderlich, deine Leistung und Fähigkeiten zählen
  • Du bist kontaktfreudig und lernst gerne neue Leute kennen
