Customer Operations Specialist

TestingTime assists User researchers, UX/UI experts, and market analysts of renowned companies like Zalando, UBS, Kleinanzeigen, Trivago, Salomon, and AXA in simplifying and expediting test user recruitment.
Are you passionate about aiding our clients' recruitment endeavors from start to finish? Join us as a Customer Operations Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring the timely provision of suitable test users.
Your specific responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries via calls and emails, serving as the primary contact
- Resolving issues related to participant attendance and cancellations
- Collaborating with Key Account Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing colleagues
- Addressing customer and user requests through ticketing systems
This position is suited for individuals who possess:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- A dedication to delivering top-notch customer service with a proactive and structured approach
- The ability to handle challenging customers or situations effectively
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
- Effective multitasking skills and prioritization abilities
- Adaptability to new systems, processes, and tasks
Desirable, but not mandatory qualifications:
- Proficiency in French alongside German and English
- Experience in project or partnership management
- Familiarity with Hubspot's service hub and/or Zendesk ticketing system
