Ihr Verantwortungsbereich As an integral part of our People Tech Team, you will wear dual hats in this challenging and rewarding position. You will manage daily operational tasks within our Workday HCM environment and lead our HR team using Scrum methodology.

Operations Specialist:

  • Work closely with Divisional HR Operations to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Manage and implement day-to-day operational changes in Workday HCM such as position changes and organizational changes and similar.
  • Maintain data integrity and process consistency across Workday HCM processes and functionalities.
  • Support and lead People Tech operational improvement projects

Scrum Master:

  • Act as a Scrum Master for the Group People Tech team, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Maintain productive relationships with divisional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective management of expectations.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness using agile practices, fostering a collaborative team environment to meet project deadlines and achieve operational excellence.
Ihre Stärken

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations using Workday HCM.
  • Certified Scrum Master with a track record of leading agile projects successfully is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with multiple stakeholders across different divisions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
