- Du definierst eine Brand-Strategie und setzt diese operativ um - immer mit dem Ziel, neue Konsument*innen für die Marke zu gewinnen
- Du verantwortest Projekte von der Idee, zum Konzept, bis hin zur Marktreife
- In Projektteams erweckst du im Rahmen von integrierten Kampagnen die Markenpositionierung zum Leben
- Du analysierst den Markt, das Shopperverhalten, den Wettbewerb und aufkommende Trends
- Du übersetzt relevante Consumer Insights in Marketingmaßnahmen
- Du entwickelst cross-funktional Neuproduktkonzepte für die langfristige Innovations-Pipeline
**Das macht dich aus**:
Hochschulabschluss mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
-Erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Brand
- und/oder Produktmanagement, z.B. als Praktikant*in, Werkstuden*in
-Interesse an Trends in der FMCG Branche
-Analytisches Verständnis, um aus Markt
- und Shopperdaten die richtigen Schlüsse ziehen zu können
-Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kreativität und die nötige Energie, um Dinge aktiv anzupacken
-Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
