TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death.
Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel.
Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.
To support our team in Root, Switzerland we are looking for aPatient Advocacy Associate**The Associate role in the Patient Advocacy team is responsible for building logistics and activities to maintain Advocacy engagement and support programs in Europe. The Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to support and implement systematic patient involvement across the organization ensuring patient and caregiver representation and appropriate use of insights.

Your responsibilities:
- Support the expansion and innovation of patient engagement and patient support programs
- Facilitate and support cross functional teams to involve patients and patient insights
- Manages logístical and planning aspects of EMEA patient advocacy initiatives
- Organize and prepare presentations and materials for internal and external audiences
- Assist in supporting and organizing patient engagement workshops and the administration of patient surveys
- Manage and coordinate activities with external parties and Patient Advocacy Groups in EMEA.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
Your profile:
- Associate ́s or Bachelor's degree in Human/ Health Science, Public Health or related field
- Experience within the field of project management and patient advocacy
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Administrative, project and agency management skills and experience
- Experience with patient engagement and/ or support programs
- Experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical field is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage complexity
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Any further language would be a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 10%)
