Luware wächst weiter Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für unseren frisch umgebauten Hauptsitz in Zürich-West, eine erfahrene sympathische Persönlichkeit, die unser Finance & Accounting Team führt und alle fachlichen Aspekte des Bereichs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CFO tatkräftig vorantreibt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und personelle Führung & Entwicklung des Finance & Accounting Teams
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Buchführung und der Einhaltung von lokalen Gesetzen und Vorschriften zur Buchführung und Rechnungslegung, Steuern und Mehrwertsteuern in den Ländern, in denen Luware tätig ist
- Leitung und Erstellung statutarischer Jahresrechnungen sowie des Konzernabschlusses, monatlicher Reportings, sowie Budget & Forecasts
- Verantwortlich für die gesetzeskonforme Umsetzung von Steuererklärungen und Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
- Internationale Koordination externer Partner für Buchhaltungs-, Lohn
- und Steuerdienstleistungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO bei der strategischen Planung und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualität und Effizienz der Abteilung
- Verantwortung für diverse Finanzprojekte innerhalb des Unternehmens und Mitwirkung im erweiterten Management Team

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Hochschulabschluss im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung (Dipl. Experte/Expertin in Rechnungslegung& Controlling, Dipl. Treuhandexperte/Treuhandexpertin oder Dipl. WirtschaftsprüferIn)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Einzelabschlüsse und Konsolidierung nach Schweizer Obligationenrecht und Swiss GAAP FER
- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen & Reporting, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im SaaS- Umfeld
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und im Idealfall Erfahrung mit SAP Business By Design
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine pragmatisch lösungsorientierte Einstellung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch zwingend
- Fähigkeit, Menschen zu führen, motivieren und stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Persönliche Bereitschaft für stetiges, kontinuierliches Lernen und Weiterkommen
- Vertrauensvolle und diskrete Persönlichkeit
