Our client is a very well established Swiss owner-managed international group of companies, that pursues successful operations in premium branded FMCG.

On it's behalf, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic Head of Group Finance & Treasury to join the team in the Zug region.

Your workplace is at the Group Headquarter and you report directly to the Group CFO.

Responsibilities

  • Producing accurate financial reports for domestic and nondomestic companies within the group, within set deadlines including meaningful comments and factors influencing the business
  • Managing and coordinating budgets and forecasts for the group
  • Supporting and managing direct and indirect taxes in collaboration with the Group Tax Manager
  • Managing payroll in partnership with HR and an external payroll service provider
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Overseeing the company's financial accounting and implementing ERP, digital workflow, and reporting systems
  • Leading yearend closing procedures and ensuring compliance with various local standards through collaboration with auditors
  • Supervising cash management, ensuring the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability within the Group and minimize financial risk, organizing group loans and collecting dividends
  • Developing, implementing and coordinating the groups' ebanking guidelines, performing e
- banking audits and creating annual treasury reporting

  • Lead and participate in various group projects

Qualifications

  • Higher education in accounting & finance (University / FH)
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position including international controlling and/or finance and leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial management, controlling and accounting
  • Experience in an international work environment and ability to cooperate with people from other cultures
  • Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, but still handson mentality
  • Fluent in German and English
