Als Head of Finance & Controlling (F&C) berichtest du direkt an die Group CFO, bist Teil der Geschäftsleitung in der Schweiz und arbeitest eng mit dieser zusammen. Du beaufsichtigst die Finanzaktivitäten, agierst als Business Partner für die Zühlke Engineering AG in der Schweiz und bist verantwortlich für das Performance Management, die Budgetierung und Prognose der Finanzergebnisse, das Management der Budgets und die Durchführung des Risikomanagements.
- Zusammen mit deinem Team bist du verantwortlich für alle F&C und Project Support Office bezogenen Angelegenheiten. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du den Group CFO im Finanzmanagement von Zühlke Ventures (einer Venture Gesellschaft der Zühlke Gruppe) sowie in Gruppenthemen und -projekten entweder als Sparringpartner und/oder als wichtiger Teil des Projektteams.

- **Deine Aufgabe**
Controlling
- Performance Management, monatliche Analyse und Reporting
- Budgetierung und Forecasting
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei wichtigen Entscheidungen durch finanzielle Einblicke
- Business Partner für die Zühlke Engineering AG und Sparringpartner für die Group CFO mit einem proaktiven, lösungsorientierten Ansatz
- Starker Fokus auf Projektportfolio-Controlling
- Starker Bezug zu buchhalterischen Themen (Projekte in Arbeit, Forderungen, Rückstellungen) - Fokus auf Margen und Liquidität, aber auch Segmentierung des Portfolios im Hinblick auf die strategische Zielerreichung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Controlling in Fragen des Projektcontrollings, der konzernweiten Controlling Prozesse und dem Rolling Forecast (ROFO)
- Unterstützung der Group CFO, des Group Controlling und des Group Accounting bei konzernrelevanten Themen und Projekten

Accounting
- Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach dem Zühlke Accounting Manual (interner Standard)
- Fokus auf Aspekte wie laufende Projekte, Debitoren und Rückstellungen (stark NWC-getriebenes Unternehmen)
- Mitverantwortlich zusammen mit der Group CFO für die Revision (statutarische Abschlüsse, Steuer
- oder Sozialversicherungsprüfungen)
- Vor-Ort-Unterstützung für das Buchhaltungsteam

Project Support Office (PSO)
- Know-how in Bezug auf Prozesse (ordnungsgemässe Einrichtung von Kundenprojekten, Rechnungsstellung, Budgetierung)
- Enge Verbindung zu laufenden Buchhaltungsprojekten und der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Sicherstellung, dass das PSO Unterstützung für unsere Projekt
- und Engagement Manager bietet
- Sicherstellung der Schulung der Mitarbeitenden durch das PSO (Zeit
- und Aufwandserfassung sowie Projektcontrolling auf toolgestützter Ebene)

Schnittstellen and andere Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Application Management (dieses Team ist verantwortlich für die Abbildung unserer Geschäftsprozesse in der Tool-Landschaft)
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Controlling
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Group CFO (insbesondere bei Themen wie Steuerbuchhaltung und Compliance, Liquiditätsmanagement, Management Reporting, Jahresabschluss und Planung)
- Verantwortung für das Facility Management

**Dein Talent**
- Du verfügst über mehr als 7 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finance, Accounting und Controlling, vorzugsweise
- in einem professionellen Dienstleistungsumfeld
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Finanzen und Controlling. Du bist bereit, dich ständig weiterzubilden und ergreifst die Initiative, um deine fachlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du verfügst über fliessende Kenntnisse in sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams und fungieren als Vorbild und Kulturträger
- Du zeichnest dich durch die Fähigkeit aus, schnell vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du bis gut darin, das grosse Ganze im Blick zu haben und gleichzeitig für alle Details in finanziellen Belangen verantwortlich zu sein
- Du hast ein gutes, ganzheitliches Verständnis für unser Geschäft und bist in der Lage über den Tellerrand hinausschauen
- Du bringst proaktiv Ideen ein und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, eine positive Denkweise und eine "can-do"-Einstellung
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und anderen Systemen (insbesondere SAP, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
