About Crypto Finance

The Crypto Finance Group consists of two FINMA-regulated financial institutions and a BaFin-regulated affiliate in Germany. Crypto Finance AG, which is part of the Deutsche Börse Group, provides professional digital asset solutions to institutional clients. This includes a FINMA-approved securities firm offering 24/7 brokerage services, custody, staking, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions, as well as being the first manager of collective assets for crypto assets approved by FINMA in Switzerland. The Crypto Finance Group is based in Switzerland. The affiliate of Crypto Finance in Germany holds four BaFin licenses for brokerage and custody services.

About the Role

The Crypto Finance Group offers great opportunities for personal and professional growth and is a rapidly expanding and exciting workplace. As the Head of Markets reporting to the CEO, you will lead expert teams and drive revenue growth to new heights. This role allows you to leverage your industry knowledge, network, and exceptional leadership skills within the digital assets industry. The position is located in our office at the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining quality relationships with potential and existing key clients
  • Endorsing the commercial strategy aligning with Company Goals and Group vision
  • Driving business activities focused on institutional clients
  • Representing the business at industry events and conferences
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and market developments to formulate strategies
  • Managing team processes for adaptability and accountability
  • Oversight of Sales, Trading, and Product Management teams for optimal performance
  • Setting an example, empowering teams for success
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance client and employee experiences
  • Promoting company Vision and Values, fostering an environment of transparency, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a global and fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Understanding of market demands and client behavior
  • Demonstrated track record of structured approach and efficient execution
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
