Your role
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive B2B & B2C marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives. Drive marketing plans for each brand within the group, ensuring consistency and synergy across touchpoints and focus countries.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals in Germany, UK, and US, providing guidance and fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand identities for each brand within the group across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns through various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies, drive product launches, and maximize product awareness and sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve business goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global sales teams, customer service, innovation & technology, and finance to align marketing initiatives.
  • Partnerships: Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to amplify brand presence and drive sales growth.
  • Monitoring: Monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and provide reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven success in senior B2B marketing and sales with 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • Expertise in developing strategic marketing plans and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Experience in coffee or technology B2B industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in English & German required. Ability to travel 50-70 days a year.
