Jobübersicht:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Head of Growth (based in Zurich) reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute comprehensive (digital) marketing strategies, manage multiple brand
- and product campaigns, and oversee traffic KPIs across various channels to drive growth and success for Alpian.

This is a senior position, responsible for leading and implementing strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships.


Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:

  • 5+ years' experience in (digital) marketing or similar role as well as experience building effective multichannel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • You have strong experience in growth hacking, social media
- and viral marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel, and paid acquisition (performance marketing).

  • You have good knowledge of marketing automation
- (e.g. HubSpot), and other supporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Segment, Tableau etc.).

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with agencies preferred
  • Resourcefulness: you can make it happen with mínimal direction
  • Strategy: you can click into the big picture
  • Execution: you have high standards for quality and speed
  • Very organized and handson approach, with a selfstarter attitude. In this highgrowth startup, you will need to ramp up quickly and get your hands dirty.
  • Analytics: your data chops can help you prove/disprove your strong hypotheses
  • Attitude: you are a passionate, collaborative, positive team player
  • Fluency in written and oral English & German is required. French is a plus
  • Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Travel to Geneva or Lausanne might be required occasionally
