**Deine Verantwortung**:
- Du übernimmst die fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung der hochmodernen IT-Service-Management-Systems
- Verantwortlich für die Architektur, Implementierung, Konfiguration und Pflege von Workflows (Low-Code), die auf die strategischen Unternehmensziele abgestimmt sind.
- Als Schlüsselmitglied im Team unterstützt du die Betreuung der ERP-Plattform (Dynamics 365 BC).
- Du optimierst Prozesse vom Requirements Engineering bis zur technischen Umsetzung.
- Konzeptionelle und technische Beratung von internen Kunden im Bereich ITSM.
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen Applikationsbetriebs und der Schnittstellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Partnern.
- Aufbau des Reportings über die Microsoft Power Platform und Erstellung kundenspezifischer Reports.
**Deine Skills**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in ITSM-Systemen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirement Engineering und Scripting (z.B. JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Business Intelligence Systemen mit der Microsoft Power Platform.
- Zertifizierungen im IT Service Management Umfeld (ITIL oder ISO 20k).
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
- Serviceorientierter Teamplayer mit betriebswirtschaftlicher und unternehmerischer Denkweise.
- Stärken in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen.
