Das bringst du mit:
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik,oder eine technische Ausbildung mit Fortbildung in Marketing/Saleso.ä.

2 Jahre B2B-Erfahrung in den Bereichen Customer Success,Sales, Service Innovation, Account Management. Wichtig ist, dass du zu uns passt. Dann geben wir auch motivierten Einsteigerinnen die Chance.

Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Analysefähigkeit, um an neuen technischen Konzepten mitzuarbeiten und unsere Kunden bei deren Umsetzung zu beraten und zu begleiten.

Du bringst Faszination für Technik und Technologie.

Du bist flexibel, selbstständig, organisiert und arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen,internationalen Umfeld

Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch & Englisch (mindestens Niveau C1)

Du liebst es, dich weiterzuentwickeln, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und bist ein Kommunikationstalent? – Dann ist dieser Job ein perfekter Match

Zu deinen Kernaufgaben zählen:
Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden beim erfolgreichen Einsatz unserer Technologie für die automatische Überwachung von Bioaerosol- & Aerosolpartikel.

Du stellst eine proaktive Betreuung durch strukturierte Prozesse, Projektmanagement und Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden sicher.

Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse, unterstützt proaktiv die Strategieentwicklung und optimierst mit deinen Kommunikationsmassnahmen unsere hybride Customer Experience.

Mit dir als Erfolgsmanager:in sind unsere Kunden besonders glücklich – das erfordert auch mal einen Besuch und ein persönliches Gespräch vor Ort oder die Teilnahme an Messen und Konferenzen.

Im weiteren Karriereverlauf und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der R&D, entwickelst du neuen Dienstleistungen und bist Teil eines Service-Transformations-Teams.
