Wir suchen einen Group Leader Blades & Vanes (M/F) im Bereich Repair am GE Produktionsstandort in Birr.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination der Produktionsabläufe und stellen die Produktqualität sicher. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für unseren Erfolg, da Sie das erste eingeführte Lean Konzept leiten und Kaizens vorantreiben werden.

**Hauptaufgaben**
- Personelles Führen eines Teams von rund 30 Mitarbeitenden
- Planen der Ressourcen für einen 2- und 3-Schichbetrieb
- Planen der notwendigen Ressourcen (Einrichtungen, Betriebsmittel und Systeme)
- Führen des täglichen Shopfloors in Bezug auf EHS, Qualität, Lieferung, Kosten und Produktivität
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Vorschriften über Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt
- und Gesundheitsschutz
- Pflegen von einer offenen Berichtskultur (Bottom-up)
- Ausführen und Umsetzen der Businessziele für das laufende Jahr
