Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at ACTIV FITNESS. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading dynamic and engaging fitness classes, motivating participants to reach their full potential, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Group Fitness classes, delivering high-energy and engaging workouts
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating class environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring participants feel valued and supported
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and inclusive fitness community

Requirements

  • Completed education in Group Fitness Instruction or related field
  • Experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
