We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at ACTIV FITNESS. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading dynamic and engaging fitness classes, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group Fitness classes, delivering high-energy and engaging workouts that cater to diverse fitness levels
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive class environment, fostering a sense of community among participants
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the group fitness area, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and programming, incorporating new ideas and techniques into classes
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new programs and services
Requirements
- Completed education in fitness or a related field (e.g., diploma in Group Fitness Instruction)
- Proven experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality classes and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
